The Space
Buyout Packages
Venue Only, full access to the property: an outdoor table seating 10, outdoor lounge furniture, two grills, an indoor dining area seating 8, two full kitchens, and all five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Venue + Furniture Rental, everything above, plus up to eight rectangular wooden dining tables seating up to 50, wooden dining chairs, high chairs, cocktail tables, umbrellas, outdoor heat lamps, string lights, and full tabletop settings including stemware, delivered, set up, and removed for you.
Mornings are taken care of. Everyone staying in the house wakes to our daily gourmet breakfast buffet, prepared in-house and included with every buyout — fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and hearty classics, laid out while your people slowly find their way downstairs.
The Table
Catering by Barbareño
We offer full-service catering in partnership with renowned local chef Julian Martinez of Barbareño Restaurant. Catering can be added to any event.
The morning after is one of our favorite parts. Everyone staying in the house wakes to our gourmet breakfast buffet, included with your buyout. Enjoy coffee in the garden while you replay the night before one story at a time. And if you’d like to open the morning up to the whole party, our catering team can build you a brunch worth staying for.
Specialty catering (coffee, dessert, and more) may be added with prior approval. Outside caterers are not permitted.
One Block Away
Priority Access to The Drawing Room
Guests who book the Craft House have priority access to The Drawing Room, our intimate event venue just one block away on De La Vina — a single elegant room with three chandeliers, navy wainscoting, and tall French doors opening onto a brick patio and walled courtyard.
It’s a natural companion to your celebration: host your rehearsal dinner or after-party there, or hold your ceremony in our garden and move the reception indoors. Catered by the same Barbareño team.
Pricing & Policies
Venue Only (must include full hotel buyout, not included): Monday–Thursday venue fee $1,500; Friday–Sunday venue fee $2,000.
Venue + Furniture Rental (must include full hotel buyout, not included): venue fee as above, plus a rental fee of $1,000–$4,000 depending on guest count. Package deals are available for multi-day events, such as a Friday rehearsal dinner plus a Sunday brunch.
Catering is quoted per event based on your menu and guest count; a 25% deposit is due upon booking.
Breakfast is included with every buyout for guests staying in the house. A brunch or breakfast for guests who aren’t staying over is quoted with your catering.
Payment & policies: we require a confirmed full-hotel-buyout booking to secure event dates. Events that include furniture rental or catering must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Groups that exceed our standard home capacity are classified as events and must adhere to our event guidelines. A non-refundable 50% event deposit is required upon booking and is applied toward your event balance. Please review our event rules and requirements prior to booking.
