Payment + Policies
We require a confirmed Full Hotel Buyout booking to secure event dates
Events that include Furniture Rental or Catering must be booked at least 14 days in advance
A non-refundable $1,000 event deposit is required upon event booking, and is applied toward your event balance
Payment in full and a $1,000 security deposit is required thirty (30) days in advance of the event date, and is non-refundable after this time
