Craft House Events

Rules & Requirements

  • All Events Must Include Full Buyout of Property 

    • Monday - Thursday Events: 1 Night Minimum Buyout

    • Friday, Saturday & Sunday Events: 2 Night Minimum Buyout 

  • Maximum Guests Allowed on Property: 50

  • Any Events over 25 Guests Must Include Toilet Trailer Rental (Inquire for Recommended Vendors)

  • Hearth Homes may, at its own discretion, require an Event/Wedding Coordinator to be present during the event. The Coordinator must be approved by Hearth Homes and the cost of this Coordinator would be paid by the guest. 

  • No Outside Caterers Allowed Without Prior Approval

  •  All Events Must End by 9:30pm on Weekdays and 10:00pm on Weekends and otherwise comply with the City of Santa Barbara Noise Ordinance (SBMC Chapter 9.16)

  • Amplified Music is Prohibited, Acoustic Music Allowed with Prior Approval

  • Any Outside Vendors Must be Approved Ahead of Time

  • Any Outside Vendors Must Provide Proof of Adequate Insurance, Sign Waiver and Name Hearth Homes as Additionally Insured

  • No Sparklers, Confetti or Other Thrown Objects Allowed

  • No On Site Parking During Catered Events. Guests are Encouraged to use Ride Share Apps or Park in Nearby Public Parking Lots
